Benefits
Certain job classifications such as Social Worker and Office Manager are vested in the retirement and medical benefits after 90 days of full-time employment. Other positons such as Child Care Worker begin those benefits after a year of employment. The company has an excellent retirement package, an independent 403b plan that features double matching to 3.5% of salary, 7% after two years, and 10% after seven years. The company pays almost 100% of premium, with minimal employee out-of-pocket, of major medical insurance. Social Work positions receive $750/yr and professional enrichment classes.
