Employee of the Month: Holly Perry
What originally made you want to work with EA? 
I was looking for an environment that wanted to help and be supportive of children and families, as well as a company who understood the importance of work and the home-life balance of their employees. When I came in for my interview I immediately experienced the connection and family environment. I knew this is where I wanted to be.
Describe what your best day on the job looks like:
My best day is when I see a child feeling safe, secure and loved in a home that wants what is best for them. Knowing that a team of people did what’s best to ensure these clients’ needs are being met.
What do you wish people knew about working in your field?
That the success stories and connections you make with others will bring happy memories that will last a lifetime.
How do you practice self care?
Connecting with friends and family and taking moments for myself. That may look like watching a movie, pedicures, going to the gym, reason dad jokes, or watching silly clips.
What's a hidden talent you have, or something about yourself that would surprise most people?
I’m creative, a little dark, and I can be funny. If you ask those close to me, they would say my ability to lose my keys and sun glasses.
