This month we're pleased to feature one of our amazing Social Workers for Employee of the Month. Rebecca Schimp originally came to us as a potential foster parent, and during the certification process decided "that's the job I want." We're going solar! This decision has been in the works for a while, and our leadership team felt strongly that supporting the switch to solar power was important. Rhona Bekker, who's integral to running the operations at Lake Francis Resort, had this to say:

This July we're featuring one of our wonderful Office Managers, Susie Sutton, for Employee of the Month! After moving to Redding with her husband in 2002, Susie learned of an opening at EA Family Services. She officially joined the EA team on August 12, 2002, and in her words, "the rest is history!" Our selection for Leadership Spotlight this month is Darby Johnson, who works as the Camp Director for Camp Rockin' U. Every summer from July to August, Darby leads her team of counselors as campers enjoy a week of outdoor activities and exercises designed to boost confidence and grow communication skills.
