Employee of the Month: Dylan Morgan

Our featured choice for July's Employee of the Month is Dylan Morgan, our Transitional Housing Coordinator! After working for nearly seven years in the financial industry, Dylan was interested in a career with more meaning. Ultimately, it was his brother Clayton that sparked his interest in working with EA Family Services.

"My brother always talked about the ups and downs of working with his clients at EA. What stood out the most to me was the contribution he was making to an organization helping kids who'd had a tough go at life thus far; giving them an opportunity for a better life. He talked about feeling excited to go to work every day, and I've always wanted to feel that way about my career. When he let me know there was an open position, I was all in."
