Plumas County Mental Health Services
For adults at risk of homelessness and stepping down from a higher level of care or incarceration.
EA partners with Plumas County Health & Human Services to provide community-based behavioral health services helping individuals build resilience, improve emotional well-being, find housing, and access the support and resources they need to thrive.
Through counseling, clinical assessment, care coordination, and crisis support, our Mental Health Clinicians and Case Managers work with participants’ individualized plans that promote stability, strengthen coping skills, and support long-term well-being.
